WARRANTY POLICY

All products sold by Zubehor Online Store come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty and you may process the return as inform. Otherwise 30 days of warranty will be provided to customers upon purchase of goods.
 

IMPORTANT: This warranty does not include damages which arise from negligence, misuse or use not in accordance with the product instruction.

WARRANTY RETURN POLICY

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your item must be returned within 14 days of initial purchase period & valid proof of purchase is required on all returns (online order number or invoice ONLY).

CONDITIONS

All returned items must meet the following requirements: 

  1. Must be in original packaging & include all manuals, documentation & accessories.
  2. Individual must provide valid proof-of-purchase for the item.
  3. Merchandise missing original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned.

For warranty returns, we recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all items being returned and either insure safe return to us or proclaim full value of the shipment if item is lost or damaged in transit. This is to make sure that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. By choosing a carrier that does not offer tracking or insure or proclaim full value of the product, you assume all responsibility for any loss or damages that occur to the product during shipping. 

RESTOCKING FEE

Zubehor reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return, or charge a 20% restocking fee on all items that do not meet the above conditions. Also, we do not refund the original shipping and handling paid for during the initial transaction.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

To return or exchange an item you will first have to fill in a “Warranty Claim Form” in order to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship items back without first receiving authorization and an RMA number, as Zubehor will not accept them. STEPS TO RETURNING AN ITEM

  1. Fill out Warranty Claim Form, obtain from our customer service personnel.
  2. Place item along with original packaging (include all manuals, documentation & accessories) into a shipping carton
  3. Include copy of invoice with a detailed description as to why you are returning the item (if defective, please specify).
  4. Write RMA number clearly on the outer-side of the shipping carton.
  5. Mail your returned item to:

  6. You are responsible for Return shipping charges. It is recommended that you ship via insured ground service with a tracking number.
  7. Please allow for 3-5 business days from the date we receive the return for processing.


HOW TO CANCEL AN ORDER

If you have recently placed and order through Zubehor Online Store and would like to cancel it, you can do so long as the order has not yet been processed through online credit card payment and our shipping department. If the item has already been processed, sorry that it cannot be cancelled.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that appears to be out-of-box defective, please fill in a warranty claim form within 5 days of initially receiving the unit. If it is determined that your product has a defect, it will be covered under the terms of your product’s warranty. NO REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Zubehor Online Store does not offer any type of refund or exchange of goods that have been wrongly purchased or selected.
